For minor to medium damages, we provide fast and cost-effective remote assessments using the Audatex estimating system.

Desktop assessments

Some cases require a more hands-on approach. We conduct physical inspections at the vehicle's location for complex damages such as unroadworthy vehicles or potential total losses.

During these inspections, we capture essential photographs of the vehicle and its damages. Then, using the Audatex estimating system, we prepare repair estimates based on the documentation provided.

Physical inspections

Damage assessments may evolve, and we ensure every update is accounted for. Our final supplementary assessments address changes or additional damages that emerge after the initial evaluation.

Final supplementary

All assessments are generated in accordance with the service level agreements (SLAs) established by the work provider or the ABP guide list.
